Here is my process.
I listen, ask questions, and seek to understand the needs of my clients. My goal is to provide relevant information so clients can make informed decisions. My services include listing strategies, developing and executing marketing plans, relentlessly pursuing homes on the market, determining market value, contract negotiation, escrow management, re-location services, and the many other aspects of a successful real estate relationship.

Here is my story.
I grew up in San Jose, CA in a wonderfully middle class family. I had two loving parents that drove me to excel. I earned a football scholarship to the University of California at Berkeley - Go Bears! After college I began a 20 year career with Macy's. I managed Macy's stores in Santa Rosa, Northridge, San Diego, and Fairfield. I was a retail warrior. I had the good fortune to meet my wife Sue, and we have a daughter named Samantha. I chose to work in Real Estate. It has been a great fit for my personality and my commitment to serve.
